SEG Entertainers Go to the North Pole! July 28, 2012

John Lee Sanders and the Barbara Rosene Trio are performing next month aboard The World, the largest privately owned yacht on the planet.   The World set sail from Nome, Alaska earlier this month, headed to Greenland and Eastern Canada through the Northwest Passage.

Navigators have long sought a “Northwest Passage” connecting the Atlantic-Pacific oceans, instead of the traditional Panama Canal route.   Only since 2007 has “Northwest Passage” travel become a reality with the melting of polar ice caps.
